It was an extremely good weekend, learnt lots and improved my confidence loads. Havn't eaten chocolate since, had a slight need for it earlier today, but that soon passed! 1. Brief history of EFT
2. Understanding the concepts of EFT and connections to existing therapies and healing modalities.
3. The discovery statement upon with EFT is based and the incredible implications of this understanding in the healing process.
4. Understanding and experiencing the effects of energy system disruptions.
5. Psychological Reversal - a new understanding of the reasons we don't heal and learn simple techniques to overcome this very common obstacle.
6. The Basic Recipe. Learn the full EFT protocol, with demonstrations and experiential practice.
7. EFT shortcuts - learn ways to streamline this already quick and eloquent therapy.

2. Using Affirmations with EFT. Understanding the reasons why these potentially incredible methods of focusing our intention and creating our desired reality often fail to work. Also how we can use EFT to remove these obstacles and create the future we desire.
3. Additional tapping points. Learn other meridian points that can be added to aid EFT treatments.
3. Ways to inject more gentleness into the EFT procedure - The Gentle techniques: The Tearless Trauma Technique, Chasing the Pain and Sneaking up on the problem.
4. Ways to find Core Issues - Questions and techniques to get to the core issues and root causes of physical and emotional problems.
5. Addressing physical issues - Methods to get to the core issues and emotional reasons behind physical issues and disease.
6. Further methods for Testing Results - Determining whether an issue has been completely collapsed and how look for remaining aspects.
7. Working with EFT by Telephone - including exploring the many benefits of using EFT over the telephone
8. Delivering EFT in groups - Looking at the application, uses and many advantages of group tapping.

We utilise Ann Adams official EFT PowerPoint presentation, as endorsed by Gary Craig on this his website www.emofree.com We will travel anywhere in the UK for groups of 6 upwards. You select the venue, the date and time we can even arrange evening courses. It can be in your own home, place of work, or any other venue of your choosing.
Our experienced practitioners will present a full one day (level 1) or 2 day (level 2) training. There will be plenty of time for experiential practice, a take away manual and a certificate will be presented on completion.
